8KYC Identity Verification Process

10Account Suspension & Closure

Tki971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance is generally refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. Members who wish to close their own account should contact support.

11Dispute Resolution Process
